Name: name it as you wish
URL: Lidarr URL
API Key: taken from Lidarr -> Settings -> General
Username: Lidarr username
Password: Lidarr password

Prowlarr
Name: name it as you wish
URL: Prowlarr URL
API Key: taken from Prowlarr -> Settings -> General
Username: Prowlarr username
Password: Prowlarr password

Radarr
Name: name it as you wish
URL: Radarr URL
API Key: taken from Radarr -> Settings -> General

Name: name it as you wish
