All our hosting packages, shared and dedicated ones are covered with 7 days money back policy. You can order any of our package and use it as a test, you can cancel it within the first 7 days and we will refund your money. All refunds are issued pro-rata and based on what you have used, we will bill you only for the traffic used or the number of days you have had your account for. However, if you decide to upgrade your account to a higher package within the first 7 days, you are not entitled to a refund. A refund can be requested for new orders only and the customer is entitled to one refund every 6 months.
To use this option you need to open a support ticket with such a request or just use "Immediate cancellation" under your package details in our manager and write in reason of this cancellation that you want your money back.
Your service will be cancelled as soon as we receive your request and then your money will be refunded.
