Answer: Yes, you can. You can access uTorrent via vnc. This is the same uTorrent that you can start on your home computer.

Answer: Having a dedicated server you are the administrator of it, so you can install whatever you wish but you have to do it on your own. A seedbox is a server ready to use with FTP, uTorrent webui and VNC installed.

Answer: You won't have to pay more, we'll do it for free.

Answer: It's hard to say. We don't create limits, the speed is allotted dynamically. You might download/send 11 MB/s but it might be 100kB/s as well. Generally, the speed is very good because the servers send >10 TB monthly so it's easy to calculate how much a single user can expect.

Answer: The 100Mbit/s servers reach the speed of 11,2 MB/s without any problems. The 1Gbit/s servers can reach 50-55MB/s and that is limited by hdd. Of course you need quite a big number of peers to reach the top.
Question: If I buy a ready-to-use seedbox for one person, can I get the root password to install other programs myself?
Answer: Yes, no problem.

Answer: 100% sure.
Question: Can you guarantee that if I send >10Mbit on average, my speed won't be decreased?
Answer: Yes, we can. The largest upload that our client achieved on the 100Mbit/s seedbox was 18 TB and with the 1Gbit/s around 25 TB and they weren't cut off. So the average upload - 50-70Mbit seems first-rate:)

Answer: We won't do it under any circumstances. You are the owner and you only know what you have. Moreover, it would be against the law for us to do such things.
